In 1993, Sotramont accepted an invite from Bombardier Real Estate Services to continue developing this master planned community located in Saint-Laurent. Since then, nearly a thousand single family houses, townhouses, and condominiums have been designed, built and delivered by Sotramont
2012 TO PRESENT
Another master-planned community, the Quartier Greenwich site was chosen for it’s calm neighbourhood appeal and proximity to schools, stores and public transportation, thus enabling Sotramont to lay the foundation for a healthy neighbourhood in the heart of Pointe-Claire.
